Anti-Ragging Policy

Vistara Global PU College strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy against ragging and misconduct.

1. Prohibition of Ragging

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited within and outside campus.
Any reported incident will be promptly investigated.
If found guilty, the student will face immediate expulsion.

2. Strict Action Against Misbehaviour

All students must maintain decorum within the campus.
Any form of misbehaviour is subject to disciplinary action.
Repeated misconduct may lead to suspension or expulsion.

3. Declaration at Admission

Every student and parent/guardian must sign a declaration form during admission.
This form confirms their awareness and acceptance of the college’s discipline policy.

4. Authority of the Principal

The Principal holds full authority to enforce discipline and take corrective measures.
Disciplinary powers may be delegated to staff when needed.
The decision of the Principal is final and cannot be contested.

5. Types of Punishments

Warning: Issued for minor behavioral issues.
Suspension: Applied in case of repeated or serious violations.
Expulsion: Enforced for severe offenses like ragging, harassment, or violence.
Legal Action: For criminal behavior, including police involvement.
